Meet Pablo Janssen, a Ghent native with a unique mission. At his finca , La Gloria de Gante, in Chiapas, Mexico, coffee beans are grown and carefully hand-picked each year. Community is central to the finca: farmers are paid fairly, children attend school, and dinner is shared. It's a place where respect for people and the environment is second nature to Pablo.
