Een verhaal dat begint met de keuze van de juiste bonen, zorgvuldig geselecteerd uit de meest exotische uithoeken van de wereld. Het samenvoegen van de verschillende koffieboonsoorten, met respect voor hun herkomst, is een kunst die resulteert in een blend waarin de unieke smaak van elke boon harmonieus samensmelt.
Elke dag, verse koffie
Elke week, onder het bedreven oog van onze brandmeester, worden de koffiebonen zorgvuldig behandeld. Met de passie en liefde van een vakman wordt de koffie gebrandt volgens de slow roast methode, een benadering die tijd en geduld vergt.
Door deze zachte brandmethode te hanteren, behouden we de subtiele karakteristieken van de koffieboon. Dit resulteert in een verse, licht-verteerbare, smakelijke koffie elke keer opnieuw.
Mokabon is such an amazing cafe. The staff is friendly and makes sure you aren’t waiting too long. The coffee is top quality - some of the best I’ve ever had. I make sure to keep this coffee in stock at home! The cafe is quite cozy, as it is likely you will be sharing a table with other coffee drinkers in the small seating area. That’s what makes it such a unique place. Highly recommend stopping by if you’d like to expand your horizons beyond Starbucks :) (and you should).
What attracted me to this place is the history with its establishment since 1937. Mokabon is such a charming little coffee shop that captures the essence of a cozy European café. It was a cold late October morning, but once inside, the inviting ambiance and captivating aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air. It’s the place to savour an aromatic and robust cup of espresso before starting the day.
A lovely and friendly place for a morning coffee surrounded by locals. The service is excellent with the owner and her team speaking excellent English. They explained their business model, including how they grind and produce their own flavours. A far cry from the industrialised junk of the chain stores. A must see and visit
Great coffee in or out. The atmosphere is great, so it can sometimes be difficult to get a seat. The baristas are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will return for the house blend!
