For this blend, we didn't just throw some beans together. It's a careful encounter between two iconic coffee countries; Ethiopia and Burundi.

Why this combination works
The strength of this blend lies in its balance. While the Ethiopian beans from the Sidamo region provide a floral and fruity high note (hello, fresh peach!), the Butihinda from Burundi brings much-needed depth and creaminess.
The result? A coffee that feels silky smooth, yet is thirst-quenching and fresh at the same time.
The Flavor Palette: Imagine a silky smooth texture with the sweetness of soft caramel, gradually transitioning into the refined, aromatic nuances of ripe peach and a hint of milk chocolate.

This blend is a light roast, which means we have preserved the subtle aromas of the beans by roasting them very lightly.

- Iced Coffee & Cold Brew: This is where the Summer Blend truly shines. The fruity accents of the Sidamo burst from the glass when you serve the coffee cold.
