When will my order be shipped?
We ship every business day with Bpost (BE/NL) and DPD (EU). Orders received before 9:00 AM will be shipped the same day. Delivery times vary by destination.
Can I receive an invoice?
If you are VAT-registered, please enter your VAT number on the shopping cart page before checking out. You can enter additional company information during checkout. You will automatically receive an invoice after placing your order.
How fresh is the coffee and what is its shelf life?
We roast fresh coffee weekly in small batches. The coffee we ship is never roasted more than a week ago and is best consumed within six months of the order date. We recommend consuming ground coffee within three months of the roasting date.
What does your coffee subscription include?
Our subscriptions are flexible. You can change or cancel them at any time. Log in to your account, go to the Account tab, and select Manage My Subscription. As a subscriber, you always receive a 5% discount.
